Description

This is the 4th of 10 rooms in a large, beautiful, newly and sustainably renovated Art Nouveau house in the center of Brussels. This is luxury living in co-location, with prices ranging between EUR 625 and 750 per month, plus monthly charges to cover the cost of many extras (see below). This is one of the most beautiful historical houses in the European Quarter, perfectly located between the European Parliament and the Royal Palace. The house is newly renovated, and every room includes a private modern bathroom. You share a large modern kitchen, dining/living room, laundry room and garden. All rooms, including the kitchen, are fully furnished and equipped so you can enjoy your stay with 9 other young professionals in Brussels. This 1904 “Hôtel de Maître”, a mansion with 10 rooms for rent, was entirely renovated in 2020. The 10 rooms, each including a private, modern bathroom, vary from 21 to 42 square meters each. The house is located on a quiet street, between Place Luxembourg, Place de Londres and Square de Meeûs. The Luxemburg train station and Trône metro station are each a 300-meter walk away. All rooms are for single-use, non-smoking, young professionals with E.U. work permits. They are fully furnished and equipped with double bed, lounge chair, wardrobe, desk, etc. All rooms have private bathrooms. The souterrain contains a very large, fully equipped common kitchen, a dining/living room with television and access to the garden (of 180 square meters, facing south). The laundry room includes a washer, dryer, drying racks and ironing equipment. In addition to the room rent, there is a monthly charge of EUR 175 for all the extras included: (design and antique) furniture, bed linens, bath towels, high-speed internet, gas, water, electricity, insurance, and regular cleaning of rooms, bathrooms and common areas. Even toilet paper, kitchen towels and garbage recycling are included. Washer and dryer use is available at a nominal cost per load. Minimum stay of 5 months. Registration possible. We make sure your stay in Brussels is as easy and worry-free as possible. Room 201 is on the second floor, beautiful street side. It is 17 square meters with high ceilings, large windows and door to your private Art Nouveau balcony with afternoon sun. Just outside your bedroom is your private 13-square-meter dressing- and modern bathroom, which includes a shower, sink, toilet and antique closet....

How to book this property

When you find a property you like it's fairly simple to make a booking. Both the tenant and the landlord need to confirm before completing a booking. This is how it works:

  1. Select your dates to check for availability.
  2. Contact the landlord by clicking on the contact button.
  3. Introduce yourself to the landlord. Ask any questions you might have.
  4. When you are ready to book, send a booking request.
  5. When the landlord approves and the payment is completed, you have successfully booked the property.

You don’t need to perform a viewing on HousingAnywhere, here's why:

  1. All of the properties on HousingAnywhere have pictures and a clear description. If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the landlord.
  2. Restricting viewings provides equal chances for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad.
  3. HousingAnywhere makes sure the property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the landlord after you have successfully moved in.
After you have made a booking, the contact details of the landlord will be shared with you. You can get in touch with the landlord directly, or keep using the HousingAnywhere chat. All the successive rental costs can be paid securely through HousingAnywhere.
