It's what we call an "Altbau" building (=classical old Viennese architecture style - ceiling height 3,20m, etc.). The bus station is within a 5 minute walking distance, as is the tramway and they both take about 10 minutes to one of the major train stations of the city (Floridsdorf). That means you can reach the Inner City with all its attractions (and pretty much every major university) in a short time by public transportation. Also, there is a private bike garage, which means you'll have a safe place to store your bicycle and lock it (no other house parties share the garage). The room itself is fully renovated and contains a bed (with extra guest bed option), a shelf, a big closet and a desk. It also has two windows with blinds viewing a quiet street. The living room is also completely furnished with a couch, a dining room table & chairs and some decoration. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped as well! Also the bathroom is fully renovated with a big shower, two sinks (=washbasins) and a towel radiator. The flatmate is a 22-year-old student who also has a separate room and with whom you'll share the rest of the apartment (living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet). He speaks fluent German, English and Spanish. Also, the apartment has its own wifi network, the use is free of charge (included in the monthly rent)...
