Nice spacious room available for students!! This space is located in the city centre of Rotterdam and will be shared with 4 other students. The room is completely furnished with a nice desk and an office chair, comfortable bed and a small table with a chair. Every rooms has his own key to lock the door. The bills for water, electricity, gas and internet (500MB) are all included in the price. Nearby you will find several restaurants, bars, grocery-stores and many other shops. The location is perfect and everything is close by. For example: - 1 min to public transport - 10 min to Central Station - 10 min to City Center - 10 min to China Town - 20 min to Erasmus University (direct line by tram) The location is perfect for students from Erasmus University!
