The house is located in a private park and is equipped with two bathrooms, a kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and iron. The area is well served by public transports, in fact, there is the metro station of the new line 5 in front of the house and you can reach the Duomo in about 15 minutes. In addition, the tram (31) and the buses (42 and 51) stop near the house, so you can arrive in a few minutes at the university or the central station. Inoltre fermano vicino casa il tram (31) e i bus (42 e 51) con i quali si arriva in pochi minuti in università o in stazione centrale. Riscaldamento, acqua, TARSU (spazzatura), IMU e spese condominiali sono comprese nel prezzo di 390€ (240 fitto + 150 forfettario suddette spese) per il posto in doppia o 690€ (390 fitto +300 spese) per singola. Luce e gas sono escluse ma in genere si tratta di una decina di euro ciascuno e non vengono comprese nel prezzo solo per responsabilizzarne l'uso.
