EN I rent to quiet and no-smoker students or young workers these last beds in bright double and single rooms in the Bicocca/Suzzani area, a stone's throw from the Bicocca University (building U16), from the Faculties of Computer Science and Sports Sciences, from the Pirelli Institute ( Master Publitalia) and from numerous companies such as Prismian, Pirelli etc. Nearby there is also a municipal swimming pool, the North Park, Bicocca Village, Centro Sarca, cinema, post office, pharmacies, and supermarkets. Fully furnished with beds, desks, wardrobes, ceiling fan, TV, and mosquito nets. The house is located in a private park and is equipped with two bathrooms, a kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and iron. The area is well served by public transports, in fact, there is the metro station of the new line 5 in front of the house and you can reach the Duomo in about 15 minutes. In addition, the tram (31) and the buses (42 and 51) stop near the house, so you can arrive in a few minutes at the university or the central station. Heating, water, TARSU (garbage), IMU, and condominium expenses are included in the price of 370 € (240 rent + 130 flat rate above mentioned expenses) for the place in a double room or 570 € (400 rent +170 expenses) for a single. Electricity and gas are excluded but generally, it is about 10 euros each and are not included in the price just to make their use responsible. There is also a wireless Internet connection (Telecom in fiber) free of charge. The rooms are aimed at those who are not satisfied with a bed in any double but are looking for a four-star level of comfort, cleanliness, and tranquility. Free immediately. La casa e' situata in un parco privato ed è dotata di due bagni, cucina, microonde, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, aspirapolvere e ferro da stiro. La zona e' ottimamente servita dai mezzi di trasporto infatti c'è la fermata della nuova linea 5 della metropolitana davanti casa e si raggiunge il Duomo in circa 15 minuti. Inoltre fermano vicino casa il tram (31) e i bus (42 e 51) con i quali si arriva in pochi minuti in università o in stazione centrale. Riscaldamento, acqua, TARSU (spazzatura), IMU e spese condominiali sono comprese nel prezzo di 390€ (240 fitto + 150 forfettario suddette spese) per il posto in doppia o 690€ (390 fitto +300 spese) per singola. Luce e gas sono escluse ma in genere si tratta di una decina di euro ciascuno e non vengono comprese nel prezzo solo per responsabilizzarne l'uso. Inoltre e' presente anche la connessione Internet Wireless (Telecom in fibra) a titolo gratuito.
