The apartment is located on the sixth floor of a building with a lift only up to the fifth floor, the last ramp must therefore be tackled on foot. It consists of a large living room with double sofa bed, dining table, equipped kitchen, two independent and spacious bedrooms with double bed, desk and large wardrobe. The bathroom with Venetian stucco walls and marble elements is equipped with a shower and bidet. Unlimited wifi internet, air conditioning and use of washing machine. Towels and bed linens included. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-300€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption.
