Ausgestattet ist die Unterkunft mit einem Queen-Size-Boxspringbett (160 x 200 cm), Gästebett (90 x 200 cm), Kleiderschrank, Smart-TV inklusive Fire-TV-Stick (Zugang zu Netflix und Fernsehen), Schreibtisch und kostenlosem WLAN. Das Badezimmer ist mit modernen, großen Kacheln versehen und hält einen Haartrockner, 2 Paar große und kleine Handtücher, Shampoo, Duschgel und Seife sowie Toilettenpapier bereit. In der Küche findet sich ein Bartisch und drei Lounge-Hocker, eine Kaffeemaschine, ein Wasserkocher sowie eine Grundausstattung an Geschirr und Besteck.
