Sowohl im Garten als auch auf dem Balkon in der ersten Etage kannst du rauchen, bitte nicht im Haus :-) Im Erdgeschoss hast du jede Menge Platz zum Leben. Nach der Eingangstüre gelangst du linkerhand in die voll ausgestattete Küche, in der du am Esstisch bequem mit vier Personen Essen kannst. Die Küche ist im traditionell fränkischen Stil gehalten. Im gegenüberliegenden Wohnzimmer kannst du den Tag auf der großen Schlaf-Couch bei Netflix oder Kabelfernsehn ausklingeln lassen. Das Zimmer ist abschließbar, sodass man hier auch gut getrennt schlafen kann. Falls du zum Arbeiten kommst: auf dem Schreibtisch ist viel Platz für kreative Ideen! Die Treppe rauf findest du das Badezimmer mit allem ausgestattet, was du auch für längere Aufenthalte brauchst. Das Hauptschlafzimmer liegt ebenfalls im Obergeschoss. Du verbringst die Nächte in einem neuen, sehr gemütlichen Boxspringbett (180 x 200 cm). Für deine Reisetasche ist ausreichend Platz in der Kommode oder im Kleiderschrank. Vom Schlafzimmer aus gelangst du auf den großen Balkon, auf dem wir am liebsten den Tag starten...
