Our residence is located on the university campus of Asprela, close to the metro station ̈Polo Universitário ̈, with direct connection to the historic city center and with the beach 15 minutes by car. It has around 450 rooms with a bathroom included, with a kitchen option and all expenses (water, electricity, high speed WIFI for 5 devices and monthly cleaning). Our aim is to create a suitable space and community for you to make the most of your university experience. Here you will not only feel at home, you will also have everything you need for your study and fun times. We thought about the design of our common areas in detail to provide you with greater comfort. How to rent this place
If you're ready to rent, here’s what to do:

Once your rental is confirmed, we’ll share the landlord’s contact info so you can arrange your move-in.
Tenant Protection is our service to help you rent with peace of mind. We hold all payments you make through our platform before move-in, including the first month's rent and any deposit. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
