The Rose Apartment is located in an emblematic and quiet area and you can easily explore all downtown on foot, including some of the major attractions as Martim Moniz, S. Jorge Castle, Rossio, Baixa, Chiado and Lisbon River Side. The famous 28 tram and the Martim Moniz metro station are only 3 minutes walking down the street. You will have the entire apartment exclusively for you. Apartment rated 4,9 for the guests. Two cozy rooms, with double beds (1,4m wide). One of them has air conditioning. One little balcony with a connection to the dining room. Fully equipped kitchen with: fridge / freezer, microwave, induction plate, coffee machine (Nespresso), toaster, kettle, immersion blender, cutlery, crockery, glasses, cooking utensils and everything you need for home cooking. Dining table with 4 seats. One bathroom with shower, towels electric rail and hairdryer. The bathroom is a little bit small, so if you are taller than 1,8 m maybe you'll feel a little bit uncomfortable having a shower. The apartment is on the 4th floor and does not have a lift. There is no washing machine in the apartment, but there is a self-service laundry 150 meters walking from the apartment. You can also have laundry service by your door. - Electricity and water bills included for the regular use (230kWh and 5000L). How rent is calculated
