Description

Fantastic living space in a truly exceptional location! Your room is fully furnished. The room faces the inner courtyard and is quiet. We prepare everything for you, room, towel, bed and maybe even some chocolate. You will be sharing this great flatshare with four cool people plus you, all have jobs and their own interests, so the perfect place to explore Berlin. The flatmates are all very friendly and considerate. This large 120 sqm flat on two levels with space for everyone. It consists of two bathrooms, a large eat-in kitchen, a TV corner. The flat is cleaned once a week. We live on the 6th floor without a lift. There is a large kitchen/living room with a sofa and TV, and a sofa bed with a TV in the hallway. There is a washing machine and dryer, the kitchen is fully equipped. The shared flat is in a super central location with good public transport connections and walking distance to some sights. It is super central in Mitte, walking distance to U-Bahn, S-Bahn, Tram, only 10 min to Berlin Hbf and close to Friedrichstraße and Brandenburg Gate. Must know: - Registration and mail reception is possible (but not a must). - Not safe or suitable for children (0-12 years) and pets. - No smoking, parties or events. - Minimum stay - 6 months.
