Besides the entry room with common seating corner there is a complete kitchen (incl. dishwasher, fridge, washbowl, closet, stowage, etc.) and 2 bathrooms (incl. shower, bathtub, separate toilet, stowage, etc.) The apartment will be completely reconstructed over the summer and will be ready by the end of September 2014. “All in Costs”: EUR 550,- including rent, operating costs, heating, water, gas, insurance, high speed internet & the complete furniture, etc. We are looking for a nice flatmates, who can be a student or working.
