The main spacious bedroom has 2 single beds can be joined as a double bed, a huge wardrobe and a very small balcony. The other bedroom has a single bed, a desk and a wardrobe. The bathroom is beautiful and very modern as well, with both shower and bath tub (Jacuzzi) and a window. The washing machine is inside the laundry closet in the aisle facing the bathroom. High speed internet and AC. The apartment is for sale, so you may be asked to allow viewings with the real estate agent, but it will be at most once every two weeks. You will have the option to decline and propose alternative dates as close as possible to the requested date. Area Description In the lively Navigli district, 5 minutes walking from Naviglio Pavese. Just 10 minutes walking from NABA. Close to the metro station Romolo M2 (8 minutes walking), 20 minutes from the center (Piazza Duomo) directly by tram or metro. You can very easily reach the main universities by public transports: Bocconi, IED, Cattolica, Politecnico, Marangoni. It’s a safe residential area, close to the main public transports, walking distance you can find every kind of shops and service. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars, gyms.
