Ich suche nach eine/n ruhigen Studierenden, DER GENÜGEND GUT DEUTSCH REDEN KANN, für mein herzliches Zimmer mit herzlichen Menschen in Herzgasse,1100. Dein neuer Wohnungsraum beträgt sich ungefähr 20 m^2 . Dazu gibt es noch ein Zimmer , wo eine ruhige Italienerin lebt und studiert . Sie braucht immer Konzentration aber manchmal sie können miteinander etwas kochen und Bier trinken . Sie spricht Deutsch nicht , du musst selbst mit Hauptvermieterin möglichst gut Deutsch reden und entstehende Probleme lösen , weil Sie spricht nicht Deutsch. Die Hauptvermieterin von dieser Wohnung ist korrekte Österreicherin, die eine Person für mindestens 1-2 Jahre sucht. Es gibt alle nötige Sachen für dich , obwohl diese WG nicht die beste , aber für Ruhe ist es ausreichend . Möbelablöse beträgt sich 270€ , für alle Möbelstücke die auf dem Photos sind . Kaution beträgt sich 1000€ . Monatsmiete : 333€ + 40€ Heizung + WIFI wenn du brauchst 5€-7€= 380€ insgesamt 13 Minuten bis zum Keplerplatz oder Reumannplatz mit Tram 6 oder Bus 14A . Oder du kannst vom 6 Tram auf 1 Tram umsteigen und gleich durch Ring durchfahren und TU oder Hauptuni erreichen. Beim Interesse melde mich , ich zeige dir ganze Wohnung :) Ich ziehe mich zwischen 1- 20 Dezember nach Russland aus und du kannst bis 19. Dezember schon einziehen . Ich wünsche dir einen schönen Tag ! Bis zum Treffen!...
