Our apartment has just been completely renovated but preserving the original character of the old terracotta floors and wooden ceilings with exposed beams. Located on the second floor of a historic building of 3 floors, the apartment is very quiet and peaceful with exclusive views of the gardens. The apartment is about 60 square meters, consists of a large living room, a bedroom with double bed, a walk-through room with a loft with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and a nice balcony overlooking internal gardens. It can accommodate up to 5 people: 2 in bedroom,2 on the sofa bed in the living room, 1sofa bed in the loft. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, TV and washing machine. The apartment is located in the heart of San Frediano, the most original historic district of old Florence that retains the real and traditional character of the city. Still densely populated by the Florentines, unlike other areas of the city now mostly occupied by shops, hotels and offices, the district of San Frediano is still rich in workshops, antique dealers, and traditional restaurants frequented by the locals. A few meters from the apartment are the gardens of Piazza Tasso, where the locals use to meet and the children play, a supermarket and several small food shops. A few minutes walk and you can easily reach in Piazza Santo Spirito, with Brunelleschi's Basilica, Piazza del Carmine with the cathedral and its magnificent frescoes of Masaccio, the Pitti Palace and the Boboli Gardens, Ponte Vecchio. Outside of the usual touristic routes living in our house will give you the opportunity to know and enjoy the true character of Florence....

How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.

If you cancel when your move-in date is:

  • More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
  • 30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
