Beautiful apartment in the heart of the city! Very nice and very quiet, full equipped 3 room (2 bedroom) apartment located in city centre (Mitte district). Transport: The flat located 40 m away is a U8 stop Bernauer Str. and tram M10 stop is 200 m away. The flat provides everything what is necessary for the guests: washer, dishwasher, internet (WIFI), full equipped kitchen and big balcony. Please note that there is a one time cleaning fee of 210 Euros It’s mandatory to have a valid personal liability insurance for the tenants during the stay. (It’s cost about 40€/year) Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore, exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible.
