The neighbourhood is highly peaceful and calm, which creates the perfect scenery for outside activities. In the vicinity there is a Kaufland supermarket, REWE, Norma, Getränke Hoffmann and a baker. Approx. The Parchimer Allee underground station, line U7, is a 20-minute walk away, and the M46 / 44 / N8 / 181 buses are around 10 minutes away. The Britzer Garten is also within walking distance.
