This studio was renovated during the Fall of 2024. The studio is located in Todorini Kuli directly across from the Kempinski Hotel and Gondola station. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, electric kettle, and fridge/freezer. There is a full bathroom with a shower. The living area has a new sofa bed and two futon chairs that can be extended to sleep a total of 4 people the the studio. There is a wardrobe for storing clothes. This studio has air conditioning, WiFi, and a Smart TV. The neighbourhood is in ideal location. There is a ski depot at the central entrance to our building. If staying with us, you will get a discount on ski/snowboard rentals and can store your equipment here after skiing. You are across the street from the gondola and a 15 minute walk down Pirin Street to the old town. Within minutes from our building, you are in walking distance to plenty of bars, restaurants, tour agencies, mini markets, spas, massages, yoga, and much more....
