Very bright and comfortable, it is decorated in a contemporary and functional style. It is located in the centre of Malaga, right next to the Plaza de la Merced. It consists of two bedrooms with two beds each, living room with sofa and dining table; kitchen with a balcony overlooking the street and two bathrooms. The living room and bedrooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV and there is free WIFI. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, ironing clothes, washing machine-dryer, dishwasher, hairdryer, toiletries and hygiene products, and a highchair for children. The Plaza de la Merced, where the Casa Natal de Picasso is located, is 10 meters from the apartment. All the museums of the city, except the Russian Museum, are within a radius of about two kilometres, as well as all the services and leisure offers offered by the Historic Center of Malaga. RENTAL CONDITIONS: - Expenses of electricity are included until a maximum amount of 80€/month. - Security Deposit: 700€ The keys are collected in the same apartment 24 hours a day, with access codes sent on the same day of arrival, between 1:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. Checkout is until 11 in the morning.
