The place is in a street full of green (Dietla is a green beautiful avenue), probably the most important and most central street in Cracow. The place is perfect for 2 people (2 friends), even 4 people would be ok (for example 2 couples). The living space has a wall made in bricks that makes the place very trendy and young. The cooker in the kitchen is very efficient. There are all sort of kitchen tools in the kitchen. There are 2 single twin beds in one bedroom (upon request the Lessor can get a big double bed for the tenants) and a double bed in the second bedroom. The place was recently renovated. The new windows provide a perfect insulation. The studio is perfect for a couple or a group of friends. Our guests can access and/or use all areas. There is a service of weekly cleaning available for the tenants (80 PLN per week). The service is not included in the price of the monthly rent. The monthly rent does not include the bills (bills and internet shall be paid separated). There is a good internet WiFi connection (good speed). We are available 24h / 7days (upon previous request) for our guests. We offer our help for: city tour, history tour, clubbing, pub crawl food and wine tasting. The mattresses are new and very comfortable. The apartment is fully furnished and the kitchen perfectly equipped with all kitchen tools. There is a spacious bathroom with a shower box and toilet. Moreover there is also a separated toilet. There is a washing machine in the main room. In the courtyard (recently renovated) there is a fantastic view of a beautiful garden. There is a cooker and a dishwasher in the living room. There is a service of bed linens and towels is available upon request. The price of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent. How rent is calculated
Half-monthly basis
This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
