The beautiful church of Los Carmelitas is located in front of our building, and the Virgin of Buen Suceso is venerated there. In the furniture we have looked for the comfort of the beds, all of 100x200 cm, that the terrace is a place to sunbathe and make meals outdoors, also that there is a place to work well lit, and comfortable sofas to rest watching television Located between the Plaza de la Alfalfa, the Metropol Parasol and the Plaza de San Pedro, you will find many restaurants, supermarkets, banks and everything you need for your daily life.
