Building without elevator. the apartment has been recently renovated and has all necessary items you need to feel at home. Wi fi Access is included. Utility bills (electricity, wáter and gas) ARE NOT INCLUDED in the monthly rental price. You will be charged a mínimum monthly amount for utility bills. This amount is calculated base on the number of rooms of the apartment: 2 rooms-140 euros/month. You will be charged 140 euros/month for all utilities. Not 140 euros for each utility....
