The apartments feature a bathroom (some with bathtub) and a fully equipped kitchenette with all necessary cookware, cutlery and crockery. DVD players and wireless internet access are available. Most apartments have a balcony. The washing machine and dryer are located in the building (not in the apartment) and are shared with other residents. Both are free of charge. You are just 5 minutes away from the Zürich-Wiedikon railway station and shops as well as tram and bus stops are just a few steps away. The Zurich main railway station is reachable within 5 minutes by the S-Bahn train or within 10 minutes by tram. From the highway the apartments are reachable within 2 minutes. Solo travellers particularly like the location — they rated it 8.0 for a one-person stay. RENTAL CONDITIONS - All rates are monthly ( based on minimum of 30 nights stay) and are in CHF. Monthly rent is excluding VAT @3.7%. Deposit amount is in CHF too. - These monthly prices are inclusive of all bills, WiFI and weekly housekeeping including change of linen and towel but excluding Serafe ( Tv/Radio fee) - Check in is 2pm and heck out is 11 am for Zurich properties. Late check out after 2 pm incurs full day's charge - For Basel- check in IS 2.30 PM OWARDS pm and check out is 10 am. After 10 am, full day's charge is applicable. We speak your language...
