Some rooms have a balcony. The washing machine and dryer are located in the building (not in the apartment) and are shared with other residents. Both are free of charge. A weekly cleaning service plus linen and towel change are included in the rates. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available at an additional cost in the restaurant located at the ground floor.
