This beautiful self-catering studio apartment is located in the heart of downtown Lisboa has 50m2 and it’s on the second floor of a building without elevator. This apartment has wooden floors and high ceilings. Its equipped with Air-conditioned and wi-fi connection throughout and sleeps up to 3 people. It has a double bed and a sofa-bed which can be used by two children or one adult. You have a dining space in the living room with a table for 4people and a fully equipped kitchen. You have a full bathroom with shower. Upon request and with a cost we can provide a baby cot and/ or a high baby chair. In case you are coming with a bigger group of friends we have also the apartment next door, on the same floor is a 3 bedroom apartment with two full bathrooms and one toilet. Fabulous location in the heart of Lisboa old town offering shopping, tourist attractions, museums, and fine dining. Fully renovated apartment located downtown very close to the Cathedral and within 2 minutes walk from the River Tejo. The nearest supermarket is located 5 minutes walk from the apartment, as well as the closest covered car park. The parking in the streets surrounding the apartment is conditioned and reserved only for residents. If travelling by car we recommend you to leave the car in the car park or to look for an authorized parking area. You have several gourmet food stores and souvenir stores within walking distance as well as restaurants. The Terreiro do Paço is 2 minutes walk from the apartment, here you can enjoy the sunset by the riverside or on the terraces/ restaurants in the square. You are in the perfect place to discover the city on foot, you have a stop of the famous tram 28 at a 1-minute walk from the apartment and is at a short walk from Chiado and Rossio. A late check-in fee of 30€ will be charged in cash on the spot for arrivals between 10 pm and midnight, 40€ for check-ins between midnight and 2 am and 50€ after 2 am Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
