Nice newly renovated studio apartment with large bathroom with shower and washer / dryer, fully equipped kitchen, two single beds that can be joined on request, study area, large wardrobe, air conditioning and unlimited wifi. Towels and bed linen included. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-250€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges....
