Spacious and elegant apartment in a historic building in the center of Bologna, just renovated with fine finishes. Composed of entrance to relaxation area with sofa bed and adjacent bathroom, large living area with fully equipped kitchen and island hob, access to private terrace, upper floor with double bedroom, twin bedroom with two single beds and large bathroom. Air conditioning, unlimited wifi internet. Towels and bed linens included. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 300-350€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges...

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
