Nice apartment with living room with fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one double and one with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms, unlimited wifi internet, air conditioning, balcony. Towels and bed linens included. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 300-350€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges...
