Der Mieter würde gern frühzeigtig aus dem Vertrag austreten zum 01.10.2020. Dies würde ich ihm auch gern ermöglichen. BESICHTIGUNGEN WERDEN DURCHGEFÜHRT NICHTRAUCHERWOHNUNG Die Nebenkosten belaufen sich bei 2 Personen auf aktuell ca 80 Euro, Gas und Strom beziehen Sie selbst über die Stadtwerke. Die Fragen unten zeigen schon was mir wichtig ist als Vermieter. 1) wer möchte einziehen? Zu welchem Datum? 2) Wo wohnen Sie jetzt? Sie suchen eine neue Wohnung weil? 3) haben Sie Haustiere? Im Hause können keine Hunde gehalten werden ob Allergien 4) Raucher? Ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung. 5) Arbeitgeber? Nettoeinkommen? ALG II Bezieher leider ob der Miethöhe nicht möglich. Man kann dies auch alles im Rahmen eine obligatorischen Formulares beantworten, ich bin aber großer Freund davon dies im Vorfeld zu klären. Die QM sind geschätz...
