The living, kitchen and livingroom is shared for the 2 room-mates. The bathroom and water-closed are also shared for the 2 room-mates. The kitchen is equiped with a ceramic glass, a micro wave, multifonction oven, coffee machine, toaster, fridge, glasses, dishes,... A washing machine in the bathroom. Wardrobe on wheels and dryer in the room. The entrance of the house is shared with the owners, who lives on the ground floor. Parking is very easy and free. Bike can be placed in the garage. It's also possible to rent our bises. We are living in a residential area, near fields, forest, park of Tervuren. Zaventem is 15min by car. The house is located between Leuven and Brussel. 2km of Sterrebeek with supermarket, shops, restaurants, bars, banks, ... Public transport (De Lijn) is 500m from house going to Brussels, Leuven, Zaventem, Zaventem Airport. 15 min from UCL or Ephec, metro station Krainem (stib) deserving Brussels Having a car is wishful. De woning bevindt zich op 15min van Zaventem en tussen Leuven en Brussel, bereikbaar met de Lijn. Parkeren is makkelijk en gratis. De fiets kan in onze garage staan. Bushalte DeLijn staat op 500m van de woning. De Lijn richting Brussel, Leuven, Zaventem. Metro station Krainem UCL, Ephec op 15 min met de bus. Over een wagen beschikken kan een voordeel zijn...
