The apartment is equipped with unlimited wifi. The apartment will be equipped with towels and linen. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-250€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges. Administration Fee Box: The one-time administration costs enable us to provide a range of essential services during your stay.
