Neat quiet room for one person with shared use of a well-equipped bathroom and kitchen Abcoude is close to the Amsterdam University Hospital. It is a 7 minute walk to the train station, next stop is AMC, 5 stops later (19 min) is Amsterdam Central Station. My house is close to the town center, shops, the bus stop, nature and a beautiful rural area with a river. You share the bathroom with shower, bath and toilet with the another tenants. Washing machine and dryer are in the attic, which are also shared. I am a gay male in my sixties living alone on the ground floor. Up till now the three tenants and I hang out and have dinner together regularly. One of them is a chef. We're looking for a kind, single, straight, non-homophobic new guy. I am asking for a one month rent guarantee. Payment before the first of the month. If you are interested, you must sign a lease. You can register as a tenant....
