Zimmer In unserem privaten Studentenwohnheim hat jedes Zimmer ein EIGENES BADEZIMMER. Die Zimmer sind ohne Zusatzkosten alle möbliert, es können aber auf Wunsch hin auch eigene Möbel mitgebracht werden. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer, die Küchen werden gemeinschaftlich "bekocht". Der Grillplatz mit kleinem Biergarten hinter dem Haus kann von allen genutzt werden, ebenso der Abstellraum für die Fahrräder. SAT-TV, Internet (auch eigene Leitung möglich, falls das Inklusiv-Netz nicht ausreicht), Waschmaschine + Trockner stehen zur Verfügung. Einfach Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren oder mehr Infos unter (hidden) Lage Beste Lage für Studenten! Das Wohnhaus befindet sich direkt neben dem Haus VII der Hochschule. Der Campus und die Mensa sind in 2 Minuten erreicht. Auch der Toom-Markt oder Lidl ist gleich um die Ecke. Zur Erholung ist der Olbersdorfer See mit dem Fahrrad gut und schnell zu erreichen. Im kleinsten Mittelgebirge Deutschlands, dem Zittauer Gebirge, ist man in höchstens 15 Minuten. Das Haus liegt im Grünen und hat ausreichend Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. WG-Leben Man kann sich in den Gemeinschaftsräumen treffen, lernen, zusammen kochen oder einfach nur schwatzen. Die meisten Bewohner sind Studenten, es leben aber auch einige "normal" Berufstätige bei uns. Insgesamt sind wir zwar meistens deutsche Studenten, aber bunt gemischt. Wer will kann sich am Gemeinschaftsleben beteiligen und wer seine Ruhe will bekommt sie auch. Im Sommer wird oft gegrillt und in unserem kleinen Café gibt es immer einen Kaffee oder ein kühles Helles. If you're ready to rent, here’s what to do:
