Well finished, furnished and equipped with all the necessary services for a pleasant stay in a quiet building between Linate airport and the city centre. It is the perfect apartment both for those who are in the city for tourism and for those who work and need all the comforts and means of transport at hand. It consists of a living room with sofa, large bathroom with shower, open kitchen and walk-in closet. It is also equipped with central heating and inverter air conditioning. The double bed is retractable and equipped with an automatic braking system. It opens with a simple gesture and slows down in order to lean gently on the floor. The kitchen is fully equipped, with induction hob, fridge and freezer, microwave oven, dishes, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. The whole house is at the complete disposal of guests with its services. There is no sharing with other people, total privacy in compliance with some basic rules: cleanliness, silence, education, respect for the rules. The apartment will be at your complete disposal! Thank you for choosing our apartment !! We are happy to welcome you! Below you will find directions for check-in / out and for a pleasant stay. CHECK-IN: A member of our Welcome Staff will welcome you at the apartment to give you the keys and show you the accommodation. Please tell us your arrival time, otherwise, you will have to wait a bit before entering. These are the available check-in times: 11 am- 3 pm = 30 € supplement (based on availability *) 30m - 8pm = free 8pm - 10pm = 30 € supplement 10 pm- 1am = 50 € supplement * cleaning or other bookings may be in progress CHECK-OUT: You can leave the apartment by 11 am when you are more comfortable, leave the keys on the table and close the entrance door behind you making sure it is well closed. Additional information: - linen (towels and sheets) won't be provided - required documents: passport, residential address, tax code, residence permit if the tenant is not from the European Union - in the absence of the mentioned documents, € 42 per month tourist tax will be charged per person - the fee for the last cleaning will be deducted from the deposit and the amount - starting from € 50 - will be calculated based on the size of the accommodation and the cleaning condition...
