Comprising fully equipped kitchen, dining table, TV 40 "HD, double bed and wardrobe, bathroom with shower and washing machine, it is equipped with air conditioning and wifi illmitato. Towels and bed linens included. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-250€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges...

If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
