Amplio salón comedor con sofá, TV , zona comedor con mesa para 4 y terraza cerrada con escritorio para estudio o trabajo. Tiene aire acondicionado. La cocina está totalmente equipada con vitro, nevera, microondas, campana, lavadora y utensilios de cocina.Un baño completo con plato de ducha. Situado a escasos pasos de Madrid Río y Centro Comercial la Ermita. El metro más cercano es Metro Puerta del Ángel (Línea 6). Se pide un mes de fianza y mes de honorarios (más iva).
