It's a nice double room available in a beautiful place of Eixample neighborhood. It's to 10 minutes walking from Sants Estacio, Plaça Francesc Macia, L'Illa shoping center, Hsopital Clinic and Plaça España. At two blocks of metro Entença. It's a four rooms apartment, 2 bath rooms, kitchen, living room, dinning room and a nice terrace. All is fully furnished. The room has double bed, built-in wardrobe, night table, chair and desk (optional). The price is 580€ per month more bills, it's 70€ per month. The apartment is very nice and clean. Right now we are a boy and a girl. I'm looking for one other guy who wish to live and collaborate in a tidy and clean apartment. ----- Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
