The house is in a beautiful valley in the center of Reykjavik, one of the best location of the town. The house is very near the University of Iceland and Reykjavik University. There are 4 rooms available inside a single house of 200 mq. 1 king size with insuite changing room (BOOKED) 1 twin size with bathroom nearby 1 twin size 1 with 2 separate single beds The price in EURO are for single/double occupancy : 1600/ 1700 (BOOKED) 1500 single occupancy /1600 in 2 people for double occupancy i.e. 800 euro each 1400 single occupancy/1500 in 2 people for double occupancy i.e. 750 euro each 1300 single occupancy / 1600 in 2 people for double occupancy i.e. 800 euro each There are extra cost for utilities based on consumption,( around 250 euro per month to be shared) and internet (100 euro per month to be shared) Final Cleaning : 150 € Security Deposit : 500 euro Period Mid August till December 2025 and January till June 2026. We accept booking only for the full period 23th August till 20th December or from January 19th till May 17th, not for shorter period...
