Hi guys, This is a fully furnished flat with a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. The apprtement is equipped with washing machine, cooking utensils and all you need for your daily living. Anmeldung/ Registration is possible. The monthly rent price is all-inclusive, covering rent, heating, water, and internet. However, radio and TV taxes (Rundfunkbeitrag) are not included and must be paid separately by the tenant. Our minimum contract period is 2 months. Please note that there is an additional service fee of 150,00€ that has to be paid via bank transfer prior to move-in plus the deposit of 1500€, which needs to be paid before moving in via bank transfer in a single payment. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore, exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible before the booking. How rent is calculated

Half-monthly basis

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.

More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
