Our lovely studio is situated in the city center. The studio is fully equipped with central heating, washing machine, microwave oven, fridge and all the kitchen utilities you need, it's 34 m2 and additionally there are two mezzanines to sleep with a double bed on each. The mezzanines are only suitable for sleeping. There is also a private outdoor space with chairs where you can sit and have the morning coffee. Please note that utility costs and house fees included in the rent prices are ONLY included until the average consumption defined by the Hungarian Law. The tenant shall pay the cost of the extra consumption based on the monthly bills that we receive after each completed calendar month....
