Our lovely studio is situated in the city center. The studio is fully equipped with central heating, washing machine, microwave oven, fridge and all the kitchen utilities you need, it's 34 m2 and additionally there are two mezzanines to sleep with a double bed on each. The mezzanines are only suitable for sleeping. There is also a private outdoor space with chairs where you can sit and have the morning coffee. Please note that utility costs and house fees included in the rent prices are ONLY included until the average consumption defined by the Hungarian Law. How to rent this place
If you're ready to rent, here’s what to do:

- Add your supporting documents and payment details to pre-authorize a potential payment.
- If the landlord accepts your rental application, we’ll collect payment to confirm your stay. If they don’t, your payment will be automatically canceled.

Tenant Protection is our service to help you rent with peace of mind. We hold all payments you make through our platform before move-in, including the first month's rent and any deposit. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
