The area provides you with several shopping opportunities and excellent connections to public transport. There is a tram station direct in front of the flat and the metro station is 1 min by walk away (U6). The westbahnhof with U6 and U3 is just one Metro station or 3 min by bike and 10 min by walk away. From there you have a perfect train, tram and metro connection to the city and west austria. The city center, main train stations, airport and universitys are very well reachable with the metro and tram. The swimming area of the donau is very easy reachable by bike or with the U6 metro line. The medical university and the University of Vienna are very easy and fast reachable. The shared flat is located on the 2nd floor. All windows look to the patio so it's very quiet and you don't hear any street noise. All rooms are separately accessible. The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared with your flatmates. The flat fulfills all your daily living requirements. It comes readily equipped with a kitchen, including refrigerator, cooking equipment and dishes. It includes a washing machine and Wi-Fi Internet. The shared flat (3 rooms) is mixed and ideal for all city newcomers to meet new people. This flatsharing is perfect for students or interns or young professionals to get a good start in the new city. The flat is surrounded by other houses so there is no traffic noise. The rent is All In (including electricity, heating, gas, internet). So you can move in directly without worrying about the necessary utilities. You just need to bring your suitcase with clothes and not more. We provide events for our tenants mostly all two weeks, where we cook, make barbecue, go for partys, play poker etc. We have also a group of international people in Vienna which provides you a good start because you always have someone to do something if you want.
