Fully furnished spacious room (32m2!!) in apartment (on the first and second floor of the building) located in the residential part of the shopping street the Lusthofstraat (the most wanted area to live as a student: Kralingen). Room (private): -160x200bed -small couch -wardrobe -desk and chair -32m2 House (shared facilities): -kitchen (first floor) -toilet (first floor) -large bathroom with shower, bathtub, two sinks, washing machine and tumble dryer (second floor) -stairs The house has five rooms (private space of the tenants) and will only be rented to international students or young expats. The house is perfectly located between Erasmus University and Rotterdam city center. Within 10 minutes you’ll either be at Uni or in the city center (with public transport). When taking the bike it's only 5 minutes(!) to Erasmus and 15 to the center. The distances are even walk-able (see screenshots in the photo slides). The neighborhood is one of the best of Rotterdam (heaps of students) and there’s lots of shops close by. When you’ll be attending Erasmus this truly is one of the best locations to be living! A mandatory (one time) cleaning fee for the room when you’ll leave the property of €60,50 has to be paid together with the first months rent. This room will have to be rented from the first of September until the end of December 2020 or the 31st of January 2021 without the possibility to end it in between (it can only be ended if tenant and landlord come to an agreement which usually means you can leave once I have found a suitable replacement and a fee of 50EUR per month short on the initial ending date of the contract is paid). An extension of the contract can be made when you want to stay longer, this extension will have to be until the 31st of July 2021. If this is not a problem for you you’re welcome to book it.
