Important information for everyone, but especially for citizens from countries outside the European Union: Official registration is only possible as a secondary residence – no registration as a main residence is allowed. !! The apartment, fully renovated in 2018, is located in a former traditional Viennese coachman's house (circa 1830) and offers peace and relaxation. It is on the ground floor (only one step) in a small, green courtyard. The entrance hallway leads to a separate toilet, a bathroom (with shower and washing machine), and the living kitchen. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, there is an extendable dining table for up to 4 people that can also be used as a workspace, as well as a sitting area with a sofa bed that sleeps two (160 x 200 cm). A flat-screen TV, internet radio, and Wi-Fi provide entertainment, information, and communication. The second room is set up as a bedroom, featuring a large double bed (180 cm wide) for excellent sleep comfort, and a large wardrobe with enough storage for a longer stay. A mobile desk serves as a second workspace. Despite the convenient transport location, the apartment offers a village-like quiet. On the walls are artworks by Austrian Art Brut artists from Gugging. Ein Flachbildfernseher, ein Internetradio und W-LAN sorgen für Unterhaltung, Information und Kommunikation. Das zweite Zimmer ist als Schlafzimmer eingerichtet. Dort befinden sich ein großes Doppelbett mit 180 cm Breite für erstklassigen Schlafkomfort und ein großer Kleiderschrank mit genügend Stauraum auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Ein mobiler Schreibtisch dient als zweiter Arbeitsplatz. Trotz der verkehrsgünstigen Lage finden Sie im Apartment eine fast dörfliche Ruhe.
