Area Description Popincourt has indeed counted on a village atmosphere and quality shops to perfect its reputation, even if the place is still unknown by Parisians themselves. Easy access to Voltaire which corresponds line 9 going East to West by the upper part of Paris) & Richard Lenoir which corresponds line 5 (going North to South). Monoprix store is located 500m away or Carrefour City supermarket can be reached in the 400m distance. In case laundry Self-service is located at Boulevard Voltaire 9 mins walking distance. Saint Ambroise church is at 300m. The area is having clothes commercial activities and lots of students due to several Business School around, so it’s pretty quiet as well as lively.
