The all-white kitchen has plenty of space, is filled with natural light coming from the large window and has a functional dining table. It comes with all the most useful appliances to cook your favourite meals. Bedroom The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a spacious wardrobe and two bedside tables. It’s a bright, relaxing room decorated with a palette of white and light brown, featured on the parquet, the bed and on some details of the walls. Bathroom The shining all-white, shining bathroom has all comforts and a spacious shower. In order to properly register the contract, the payment of a stamp duty (equal to 32€) and a registration tax (equal to 2% of the rent with a minimum of 67€) will be needed - only half of this amount will be paid by the guest. There are exemptions in case of application of the tax withholding (cedolare secca) fiscal regime. During the check-in you must show the Italian Tax Identification Number, in addition to your Passport and Identity Card. If you don't have it, you can ask for it at the nearest Italian Revenue Agency or your diplomatic offices in Italy (more information: (hidden)). Security deposit We remind you that on arrival day will be required a security deposit, must be done with credit card, which will be refunded within 72 working hours from day of departure. Check-in time The standard check-in is between 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Late check-in from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m. - 30€. Final Cleaning Service You may have to pay a fine starting from €30 if you do not follow these rules: leave the apartment (i.e. floor, furniture, etc.) in good conditions; leave the kitchen clean (hob with no meal leftovers and/or dishes and tableware to wash); dispose of trash properly. Utilities The utilities are included up to a maximum daily amount in order to respect the environment. Rules Smoke is forbidden even with open windows. Electronic cigarettes are not allowed as well.
