The standard monthly rate is a reasonable 800 euros, encompassing all utilities: gas, electricity, water, internet, and taxes. For shorter stays of one or two months, a slightly adjusted rate of 950 euros per month applies. To ensure a worry-free stay, a deposit of 1600 euros is required at check-in.
