On the first floor, you will find a modern kitchen, the bathroom, and a lovely common area designed with bright white furniture (cozy couch, soft shag rug, dining room table for 2) contrasting nicely with the wooden beams in the ceiling. The sleeping area, on the second floor, is with beautiful polished wooden floors. The bedroom comes furnished with a comfortable double bed and two pretty nightstands. This duplex apartment also comes with a gorgeous community terrace with a wooden table and benches, perfect for breakfast outside on a sunny day. The apartment boasts an unbeatable location in the el Born neighborhood, just steps from the famous Arc de Triomf, La Ciutadella Park, and the Museu Picasso. This area of Barcelona is also known for its fantastic little streets lined with boutique shops and for its stunning plazas. We recommend visiting the nearby Placa de Sant Agusti Vell and having a leisurely lunch at Santagustina restaurant. Or visit the Santa Caterina market and buy some fresh ingredients to prepare at home.
