The apartment is quite spacious, newly renovated and painted, has a balcony with two chairs and unobstructed views, two bathrooms and a large kitchen, there is heating, Internet and a lady comes to clean every month. The room is interior, has a wardrobe, table, chair, 1,20x1.90 bed (neither big nor small). utilities (gas, elect, internet, water) are included in the price with limits (30 eur each). You have to leave 1 month deposit. You can start in October. We are looking for someone sociable, responsible, clean, fun. Rarely Nora is coming with her partner, those days we would be 3 + you. It is a perfect place to stay in BCN for a few months...

If you cancel within 24 hours of confirmation – Full refund of first month’s rent.
If you cancel when your move-in date is:
- More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
- 30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
- Less than 7 days away – No refund
