The flat is fully equipped and ready to move in, it has all things for daily use: full kitchen with all kitchen utensils, large fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, induction cooker & oven, 140x200 cm bed incl. mattress, washer-dryer, iron, ironing board, clothes horse, hoover, cleaning utensils, TV, wifi. The use of wifi is included in the price. Also included in the service charges are costs for electricity, heating and water. A video with a short walk through the flat can be provided. For hygienic reasons, no towels as well as bedding (duvet, pillow, bed linen) are provided and must be brought by the tenant. A mattress protector is available.
